Financial technology company, Chime, was launching a new product called “The Safer Credit Builder” – a product aimed to help consumers easily build their credit. Chime needed a series of Product Knowledge and How-To videos that would educate users about their new app. They leaned on us to conceptualize, script, and animate the video campaign using only the branded 2D elements that would be featured within their app.

The challenge was balancing education with entertainment—creating something that felt fresh, fun, and informative without veering into dry or overly complex territory.

Develop a campaign that simplifies the benefits of the Chime Credit Builder app while leaning into the brand’s approachable, people-first voice. The goal was to deliver thumb-stopping creative optimized for digital and social platforms, especially YouTube.

We crafted a punchy, colorful live-action spot that combined stylized sets, dynamic performances, and playful motion graphics to break down how the app works. The final video delivered clarity with personality—turning a traditionally boring topic into something engaging and shareable. The campaign helped drive awareness and app downloads, positioning Chime as a smarter, friendlier alternative to traditional banks.
